Mindfulness is a skill to build resilience, increase self-reflection and awareness. With mindfulness we practice consciously experiencing every moment.
Mindfulness is taught in an 8 week course, allowing for continued support through weekly meetings. We learn to come back into the moment and learn how to deal better with thoughts and emotions.
The classic 8-week MBSR mindfulness training takes place in a group. Get to know mindfulness in the form of awareness, meditation and movement exercises. Each session is experiential with plenty of background knowledge and reflections for everyday life. Most insurances pay part of the course fee.
Group training is not always an optimal option. That's why I also offer MBSR in private settings or for couples. Here the timing is more flexible and there are more opportunities for more intensive discussions and reflections. Most insurances pay part of the course fee.
